F 5'2" CW: 152.6 pounds GW: 120-125 pounds /130 pounds ideally with muscle.
trying to drop to 130 pounds with some strength and cardio.
i indoor treadmill around 3.0mph-3.5mph with 5 pound weights in both hands and movements to strengthen as i go, average 40 mins daily
Calories right now: i eat around 1450 .
is this the right track?
diet wise, im feeling very satiated. upping protein and fats. carbs are fruits and lots of salads now. i try to overestimate using carbmanager and i can create recipes on it.
trying to lose .5 /week. using the whole year to change habits.
my only issue...
im just not doing too much stretching (mostly at home, no gym time. or biking outside) and warmups and strength... so i wonder about the flat butt and belly fat and my back is super flat ish.
i worry i wont gain any muscle and how to incorporate it, because my body wont be the fit but still flabby type if i continue as is?
