Day 8 of this fabulous month! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day & are out there kicking butt!
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 2001 ish.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minutes of some kind of cardio, TBD. 6/8 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Missed it today & that’s okay. 6/8 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Taking tonight off. My eyeballs are tired & screen sore.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for seeing squirrels & bunnies out my office window.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Got my haircut & this evening will include a full spa experience at home, face mask, hair mask & maybe even a bath. I also looked at my household budget/bills for the next few months & reviewed whether I can be tucking more into savings. Sometimes self-care is spreadsheet management if you’re me.
