So I'm 15 lbs down since I started consciously losing and 40 lbs down since the weight started coming off (med changes and the end of covid so an increase in movement helped the initial push). Being so close to 200 again I was wondering if I actually looked different because I still see flaws and a hanging belly when I look in the mirror.
But I looked back at old insta photos and y'all, the difference is STARK! I'm glad I've never shied away from selfies because I truly could see my face from all angles and the way I look now... I look younger. I can see some jaw again. I am starting to get glute definition again. I'm so excited. I want to keep going!
Currently doing mild CICO, and intermittent fasting 5 days a week. Plus I got a new job that is on my feet 8 hours a day vs sitting in a chair. Weekend yoga with my friend who is trying to become an instructor as well for muscle gain.
