I have lost about 20lbs through just cutting my portions in half, and moving more. I have stubborn belly fat, that I know I can only get rid of through vigorous exercise and a high protein diet. I had history of anorexia as a child all the way up until college (9-18), and I’m recovered now at 23 but I’m scared of falling back into the hole. Counting calories, weighing food? Does it have to be that way for me to see actual progress?
