Day 10 & it’s Friday. I hope you’ve all had a fabulous day today!
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 1950 today. I over did it yesterday. Not proud but I'm still here & I know one bad day won’t undo everything I've worked for. I'm back at it today. Going to roast a chicken for dinner with lots of veggies.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk & stationary bike, may also do some yoga about it today. 7/10 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it today. 8/10 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get after it! Y’all are so inspiring!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my family of choice, some stupid legal paperwork getting settled (finally) & for the sunshine today. Also, that same squirrel again. Such a cutie bean.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Face mask & shower this evening plus lotion gloves & socks. Tis dry this time of year.
