Day 9! A very Thursday Thursday indeed.
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 1985 ish. Making some stir fry this evening mmmm.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk & stationary bike, may also do some yoga about it today. 6/9 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it today. 7/9 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get after it! Y’all are so inspiring!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for getting my tax refund money so quickly & the squirrel that spent most of the morning outside my window being adorable.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Scheduled an eye exam since my eyes have been so fatigued lately. Also looked over my budget for the next year & worked in more savings opportunities.
That's my rather boring update, how about yours? I bet it’s way more excited.
