Running/Jogging
Like im a 320lb man, I don’t really run or job but decided to try but only ran 250metres and felt exhausted like my chest hurts and I’m sweating a lot, feel out of breathe. Like did people experience this with running at the start at a similar weight or inactivity.
I’m just trying to find the best way back into exercise I’m 10lbs down from dieting so far also which is nice just trying to get to a point that I feel healthy again.
