I feel like it’s a no but I ate a lottt today (full pot of Mac and cheese, two brownies, etc) and I feel icky. I haven’t been on a deficit for over a week now because my birthday was this past weekend, and I’m itching to start again but I’ve caught a cold and I’m drained and low energy.
I’ve been hungry asf the past few days and im wondering if my body needs more food whilst it’s fighting off the cold?
