I weighed 266 November 2021.
During 2022 I lost weight and got down to 243. I weighed myself last week and I’m back in the 260s.
I feel terrible. My clothes are starting to be too small on me now, I can’t afford to gain any more.
I don’t even know what meals to eat to be healthy anymore.
I was going to see a dietician but both of the only two near me had bad info posted on their pages (holistic medicine, something about oils causing inflammation, saying you need to buy organic, etc).
I always thought i’d be 200 by now, not back to 260. Unsure what to do. I don’t go to the gym anymore but I’d love to start running and working out again. I just never have the motivation.
