25, FtM trans (female sex), currently weight 135lbs, 5ft 2,
I'm really struggling not to eat over my daily calorie allowance (1500cals), I feel like I'm hungry all the time but I shouldn't be since I'm eating enough to maintain my weight?
Does anyone have any tips for helping to feel fuller and less focused on food all the time? I have another 23lbs to lose so a long way to go before I can relax a bit! I don't really exercise so am trying to lose the weight through diet alone.
