Starting again but this time seriously

Back in 2019 I(F25) was at my heaviest which was 280lbs that February. I started exercising almost everyday and using MFP to count calories and I got down to 230 by July2019. I went on vacation that summer and honestly thats when I stopped being consistent, but i fluctuated between 240-230 up until recently. Now, I(F29) weighed myself few weeks ago and saw i was at 250 and it just made me feel like shit all over again. I’ve started yoga and HIIT through the apple fitness+ (i got a free 4 month sub) and once again have been very consistent with tracking calories using lose it app this time. Im currently at 247 which has discouraged me a bit because back in 2019 i had lost 10 lbs within a month and its almost been about a month and I barely have lost 3lbs (TT). Even though I’m a bit discouraged I still want to pull through and hit my 1st goal by august which is get down to 200lbs :D I just wanted to put this out there as kind of like accountability for me and especially because I get a bit anxious talking about it with friends and family since all are not obese or overweight like I am (plus I do not want unsolicited advice from people who have never been obese or overweight). Anyways this is what I’m working with SW: 250 CW: 247 GW: 200
