As the title says. I can’t stick to any method or plan. I wonder if I have an addiction to sugar and junk food because I try to moderate and CANT. But I also can’t go longer without junk food than a couple weeks. This sounds lame and pathetic but should I just give up? Like I’ve been trying for THREE years to lose weight. Prior to that I was thin my whole life!! But had my second child May 2020 and turned to food during lockdown… and have been unable to get back to my healthy habits and weight. My cholesterol is high and my doctor wants me to start statins if I can’t get it lowered w diet. I feel like such a failure. Any advice please …
