So I won't mention my weight. But I will say that I have to keep myself lighter then other people my age and height as due to my Fibromyalgia being at the normal healthy range with my genetics (naturally slimmer) is agonising. (Meds don't work so I self manage my condition)When I weighed myself the start of last week it said I had gained half a stone . So it explained why my pain had increased. So I managed to motivate myself to get more active and cut down on how much I eat. I am blessed with a faster metabolism. But it is very difficult to do exercise with fatigue and pain. I decided to do my walks and start hula hooping again (easiest things to stick to) today I did the most hula hooping I have ever done. I did 65mins around 7pm (uk) and went back out around 9:30pm with the intention to try for another 65mins. I managed to double it by the skin of my teeth by not stopping and achieved 2hours 10mins . That is 3 hours and 15 minutes altogether. I've burnt more cals then consumed. I'll have a lie in as a reward. ✌ I hope everyone manages to achieve their goals . I honestly thought I would fail .
