Forever Fat

I've been on the heavy side since I was a child. I'd say my calorie intake is pretty normal, usually under 1600-2000kcal for a 5'6" height.

I exercise 1-2x a week and pretty much okay. No diseases and rarely get sick at 26 (F).

I've been on big calorie restriction diets / keto diet but my weight always comes back to 180lbs (~29 BMI)

Is this something I should worry about and should I change something drastically?

(Most people my age were skinny in high school but now gaining weight. I think I even lost a bit of weight since high school)
