Day 1

I put on a bit of weight and I want to lose it so here is what I ate today :)

I have taken 13 438 steps so far

Lunch- Open faced sandwich with avocado and white beans, spinach, tofurky, and vegan bacon with a side of mixed vegetables (354 calories, 26.9g protein)

Dinner- BBQ tofu with beans and corn (445 calories, 38g protein)

Snacks- 2 protein bars (300 calories, 24g protein)

Supper- peas and corn mix with hummus (232 calories, 11.8G protein)

Total: 1330 calories and 100.7G of protein
