Why are all BMR calculators different?

I lost weight a few years ago by completely isolating myself from human contact I ate 400 cal a day then 500 and then 1200. I maintained for maybe a year or two, reintroduced myself to humans and then I started putting on weight again, I have a bad food addiction which I'm a waiting list for treatment. If someone's eating then I want to, if someone's eating a lot I want to, sad? Happy? Food plz.

Now on tiktok there's this trend of eating till your full (which I'm never full I will eat till throwing up and in severe pain) the lose it app tells me to eat 1332 calories a day except when I eat this I lose nothing .. when I eat 1200 sometimes I'll lose sometimes I won't.

A tiktok account shared a BMR calculator with me and it said my BMR is 1529 a day...

Calculator. Net = 1,422 Active. Com = 1543 Diabetes. Co. UK = 1680 My fitness Pal = 1432

So wtf is it... I'm only 5'1 and my bone structure is petite, when I'm a healthy weight I a tiny human. Currently I weigh 162lbs and I'm gaining rapidly my highest was 175lbs, my lowest 105lbs (although I was ill so some of that was loss of muscle)

The NHS website says a healthy weight for my age (22f) and height is between 97lbs and 132lbs. And yes I am obese currently. I dont want to leave my house anymore.

Someone tell me the correct science to figuring out my calories? I can't isolate myself like I did before, healthy eating isn't much of an option due to sensory issues and intolerance resulting in vomiting (and I hate throwing up) and I dont exercise because for the day I was born I have been incredibly fatigued it was slightly better when I weighed less
