6'0 (m) 24 y/o 200lbs
Goal weight 180lbs. exericse 3-4 times a week for the past month going to up to 5-6 next week, lost 5.9lbs so far in 2 1/2 weeks, so about 2lbs per week
. I do IF (intermittent fasting) just because its easier to eat at once, as there's not always time that ill have to sit down and eat with my job, im a night shift nurse in L&D.
After trying meal prepping on my own, i was finding it exhausting after 60+ hour work weeks, and decided to try Factor75 or meal preps sent to me. at about 650 calories a meal, 13.99/ a meal, i was eating two a day, or 27.98 worth of food, not including snacks. So it really became unsustainable.
recently i started ordering chipotle everyday before work and doing IF as i've found its much easier for me to eat at the start of the shift (7:00pm-10:00pm)
My daily caloric intake is 1600 at a close to 40:30:30 split (39%carbs, 34% protein, 27% fat)
175 carbs, 153g protein, 53g of fat.
my only overages is my salt intake, which is 2400mg.
Here's what i eat on a daily:
Chipotle bowl: x2 chicken, Brown rice, Black beans, x2 shredded cheese,
Totals: 990 calories, 90g protein, 37.5g fat, 74g carbs
Snacks: dill pickle, magic spoon cereal, x2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 1.5 scoop ghost whey protein, a banana and a kiwi.
So what do you think, is this fine? it seems to be working for me. Trying to lean out.
