What are you doing with alcohol drinking?

Hey everyone! So, I’m being in a very good calorie balance to lose weight, and I’m doing pretty well, the problem is that I have sometimes evenings with friends and I really want to drink some beers, and some shots. I know that it can make my calories to go up a lot, and that can be in even a day I ate more that I should, before I knew I will go out to drink.. What can I do about it? Should I just eat less in a days I’m planning to hang out? I also have the weekend’s that makes it harder for me to track my calories and causing me to eat more ..

I would love to hear any tips: thoughts..
