So basically I started this journey and I don't have that much to lose actually (about 6/8 kg) and I started to get some more workouts and intermittent fasting.
I read a lot of time here that people usually workout in the morning, and by reading that I got pumped up and said "okay I'm try it too!".
Today it's my third time trying, and I literally can't, I usually wake up just in time to get a coffee and sit and work/study till the evening, with some pauses, and then working out in evening, before getting back to work.
The fact is that I feel like i'm missing something, like someone said multiple times to me they get "a morning pump" and feel more productive during the day, and they usually get more results by working out in the morning.
Thanks for reading, hopefully you can help me with some tips.
