Hey guys!
I've been trying to loose fat/weight for a while and was doing very well up until a few weeks ago.
For starters I am about 84 kg and 1.80 M long.
I started going back to school and it takes me 1.5 hours to get there from my home. So I have to wake up really early and I have long days from 8-17. I always go to the gym straight after school and lift weights.
Anyway I used to walk alot and do a lot of cardio but after being quarantined for about 3 weeks and for 1 week I was very ill i just stopped. I also broke up with my girlfriend back then. All of that combined gave me a rough couple of weeks. And I gained a bit of weight. And recently my energy feels so low all the time. While I used to be able to do a lot of things and this tiredness effecta my school too.
I am struggling to get back into it I can't seem to push myself do the cardio/ watch food.
