I’m 5’1”. 190lbs. I always fluctuated around 130-145. After having my second baby, I went on mirena and steadily gained weight for the last 5 years and have finally seemed to be just holding around 190. I took the mirena out 7 months ago. No birth control at all now. Maybe the two are related, maybe not. I did keto for about a year and only dropped 15lbs. I have literally no motivation to eat healthy. I live with limited income and bad foods are cheaper. Good foods I can’t even afford most of the time. I’m also the worlds pickiest eater. I work full time and have 2 kids. I have no time or money to go to the gym or anything like that, but the kids and I do go hiking, walking, bike riding etc. We are very active. Is this just my body now? How can I cut calories and drop weight without spending a ton of money? What exercises can I do from home that are effective?
