Hello!
I am kind of new to committing to losing weight, and I have a question.
I have been dieting for almost a month now with a few cheat days (this is the longest I've ever gone!), and I do notice some changes around my stomach area, meaning I am not as bloated and I think my muffin top has gotten smaller. However, I don't really see any changes in my face. I really do want to lose weight in my face as well, but how long does it take to notice? Am I just being impatient?
Also, I KNOW I am being impatient about this part, but how long do muffin tops take to go away? Is it also more dependent on exercise or food intake? I don't really have that big of a muffin top but I definitely notice it and totally want a flat stomach.
