Hi there, I am 5’2 and 124 pounds. I’m looking to go to between 90-100, but if I need to settle on 110 I will. I have lost ~50 pounds give or take over the past year. I am eating between 1000-1200 a day pretty strictly, and excercise pretty regularly, but I’m really platueing. I’m assuming that my TDEE is really low, esp now that I’m a tinier body. I don’t know how I can lose anymore weight healthily without going into bad bad territory. Also wtf do I do if I ever reach my weight goal? How do I eat???? (Some context I am 24 and basically only eat vegetables and fake meat ~65 grams of protein a day and basically no fat or sugar) thanks 🙏
