Hi guys! So I'm 35 lbs down now, and 15 lbs away from my goal weight! Very exciting. But... I feel like my thighs haven't changed size at all. I think I've had huge legs all my life, even when I was running cross country and doing soccer, but now I can like... fist the fat on my inner thighs. My thigh circumference is nearly the same as my waist-- 23in for my thighs and 27in for my waist. I feel super disheartened about my legs. I know there's no way to spot reduce fat, but I would do literally anything to get rid of the fat on my legs. Part of me even worries that doing soccer for 15 years since I could walk ruined my leg shape and cursed me to have huge thighs forever.
I've started doing toning exercises focuses on inner thighs and a bit of weight training, but I'm not sure if that has any impact. Other than that, I walk / run 3-5 miles every day. If anyone with huge thighs has managed to tone them down a bit... please let me know what you did. Thank you so much!
