Hello, tommorow I ll have my first day at the gym. My main goal right now is to lose weight. I am 180 cm and 105 kg. I gained 25-30 kg since I moved to Poland from Ukraine, because of a sedentary lifestyle and food delivery services. I also want to gain more strength. When I was like 14-16 I could've done at least 25 push ups. Now I can't even do one properly , I just feel discomfort in my shoulders and fall on my abdomen.I ve had three almost successful attempts to lose weight based on keto and low carb diet, wich failed because I wasn't disciplined enough, and just kept coming back to old habits.My question is : What is the advice that you can give to a complete gym beginner ?
