Looking for advice

This is my long story short: quit smoking, turned 30 and had a baby in September. Over the last 18 months I’ve gained about 10 kg’s. During the first few months of my sons life we didn’t live healthy. It was very hard to get any exercise (also: pandemic) / eat the good foods.

We changed things up by introducing healthy habits. We have good breakfasts, salads for lunch and our dinners are packed with veggies. I take my bike to work at least once a week and we get our 10.000 steps in practically every day. My son is sleeping through the night so we now have a lot more sleep as well.

It’s been a few weeks and I kind of hoped I would have seen more results by now. My weight has been stuck around the same kg’s (and that’s when I had burgers and Chinese food).

I understand my body has changed. I understand it probably won’t be the way it was before pregnancy, that’s fine. I would just love to look more healthy.

Any advice and encouragement is much appreciated!
