I’ve finally been shocked enough.

My last weigh in was with me at 254 pounds at 5’4 and this is the heaviest I’ve ever been! I lost a lot of weight and maintained for a few months as well before slipping and gaining it all back in the uni admission stress and then some more things. But now life’s finally settling down and I really want to go back to feeling amazing wearing cuter clothes and having deeper dimples 🥺 now that I know know how much better slimmer folks are treated having experienced it myself I find existing as overweight is harder this time.

It’s scary realising that waking up unable to breathe might not be just because of my anxiety but rather my weight and I don’t want to do this to myself! Any advice to do all of this again? It feels harder this time !

I’d really appreciate any advice you have for people with busy schedules because I have a busy schedule! So please share your experience losing weight as a university student , how’d you lose with the sedentary sort of lifestyle where you’re sitting to study most of the time!

I’m gonna pick up walking again and see where this goes! Wish me luck! I’m tired but I also really like hot girl summer haha
