Remember that a proper diet is also very important when trying to meet your fitness goals!
I have been following Jordan Yeah on YouTube for his fat burning/ab workouts for the past 3 months, and I’ve already seen some really good progress! He has a ton of different videos ranging from fat burning/ab workouts, to full body workouts. And MOST of his workouts don’t require a gym! So you can do them anywhere! The workouts also are in a wide variety of amounts of time. They can be anywhere from 5-30 min, so I never have an excuse not to workout! I finally got to the point to where I am disciplined enough to workout 4 times a week. I still have a little ways to go, but I’m happy where I am now!
