This is huge for me. I’ve always hated exercise. I’ve tried so many things and it’s always a grueling, miserable experience for me.
I’ve recently started doing HIIT workouts and I’m actually really loving it! I just pull a video up on YouTube that has modifications for beginners and can happily make it through a 45 minute workout. I’m completely shocked! I guess I just needed to find something that changes rapidly so I don’t get bored.
I’m the highest weight I’ve ever been in my life after having my two kids and was honestly feeling hopeless but now I have a little glimmer of hope with these workouts. If you have any favorite HIIT YouTube videos please drop the name/link below!
