So I'm 5'1, and weigh 77kg. I guess I am 50 pounds overweight. I have gained 20kg(45 pounds) because of combination of psychiatric medication and bad diet. I think Ubereats definitely contributed to my weight gain, because normally restaurant food is caloric dense, and tend to be huge portion.
I couldn't have saving because I did not cook. I've spent more than $1000 on delivery app per month even though my hourly wage is slightly higher than minimum wage.
I need to learn how to cook for my health and finance. I am sure that my BMI would be down to overweight range if I can control what I put in my mouth.
Since I am obese, this body affects my mobility. It's not like I can't walk but I become a slow walker. Sometimes, I feel pain around my ankle, and it can be related to my weight.
My goal weight is 55kg. However, I would be happy if U just lose 10kg from my current weight.
I don't like cooking, but I am trying to cook for at least 10 minutes per meal. I decide to spend just 25 minutes for my health daily.
