Hey everyone! Mainly coming on here to vent and fingers crossed I’m not alone in this. I’ve been working from home since March 2020..you know what that means...pajamas and stretchy pants are the new business casual. Well, I have a job interview tomorrow so I pulled my work clothes out of the depths of my closet...the O N L Y pair that fit was a pair that used to be way too big đŸ˜… laughed as I pulled them off because if I don’t laugh I’ll cry. It’s so easy to ignore weight gain when I’m not putting on fitting clothes every day and going to many public places. I’ve been dealing with my weight my whole life. Even when I was the most fit, I still thought I had weight to lose (looking back, I didn’t I was actually healthy). So now it just seems that much more daunting when it’s obvious I’ve gotten pretty out of shape and I can see and feel my discomfort. I recently joined a gym literally 2 minutes from my house (I moved and my old gym was 20~ mins away..perfect excuse not to go). I needed the kick in the ass tonight that I got from trying on those clothes so here’s to losing ~40 lbs. if you’ve made it this far in my rant thank you & let’s do this đŸ¤£
