I'm 6'1 started going gym last November and doing tons of cardio as well as weight training. I went from 92kg to 78.5kg in 6 months. I have lost fat from all the areas except belly and love handles. I am doing intermittent fasting. Drinking green tea.Avoiding fried food cutting carbs but fat doesn't seem to budge.
I have one cheat day in a week where I eat everything but still do HIIT and go for walks on that day. Idk what I could do more I know this isn't instant process but I don't see results especially in that area.
Seeing myself in mirror looks like I'm fit at top fat in middle and fit at bottom and it's causing me to lose motivation. Is anyone else going through this kinda stuff?
