I'm 16M/178cm/82kg I was losing weight consistently for awhile now on 1500 calorie diet Monday to Friday. I run 4-5km 4 days a week and lift weights 6 hours a week. I eat 170 grams of protein every day as well. Over the past 3 weeks I've been stuck on 82kg hoping it was just water weight but at this point I think it might be a plateau. Waist measurement and body fat has stayed relatively the same so I'm a bit lost and what to do now. I don't want to lose my progress and I want to keep going at the rate I was which was about losing 1kg per week. It's been really discouraging and frustrating so having help on how to break it would mean the world.
