Good morning, Day 14: Accountability Post

Stats: 30F, 5' 2", SW: 215lbs, CW: 208lbs, GW: 130lbs

I plan on making a post every Sunday. If anyone wants to tag along in the comments, feel free. Consider me your personal accountability buddy if you like. I know writing these out have been helping me and I'd be happy to be there for you too.

This week was pretty good. I met my step goal 4 out of 7 days this week. The other 3, I was in the 8-9k range. 2 of my goal days were way over my 10k goal as those were pretty busy days for us.

I got to see some of my nieces and nephews this week. It had been a while since I'd seen them. Some family members had comments they could have kept to themselves. They last saw me at ~180lbs during my pre-pandemic attempt at this. I reminded myself that I'm not doing this for them. I am doing this for me and for my kids. I can see progress, even if they cannot. I feel more energized, happier, and can feel my clothes loosening once again. They cannot.

I did exceed my maintaining calories on 2 days, not by much, but will try to do better moving forward.

I hope everyone else is doing well and had a wonderful week. Progress, not perfection. I am always reminding myself.
