I have gone from 220 to 240 since covid. I’ve had 5 knee surgeries since 2009. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been around 1,700- 2,100 calories a day and have spun or ran 10/14 days. I’ve felt better these last 2 weeks than I have in 10 years. Like a fog had been lifted.
Right of fucking cue I feel a small tear in knee while grabbing keys on floor. Probably meniscus. I’m fucking devastated. This shit always happens. Hurt my knee this morning and at lunch I almost caved on old cravings. It had only been a few hours. Idk how I am going to do this injured. I feel defeated. At this point I feel like I’m going to be fat because I don’t exercise and I can’t exercise because I’m fat. Exercising helps fight the cravings and helps me keep the momentum
