So I (20F) struggle with binge eating, and while keto has worked for me in the past it was just not sustainable for me. But recently I have cut out breads, pasta, rice and any grains. But I’ve kept some things like fruits and yogurt. This has given me much more energy and I actually don’t feel restricted at all, but so many people have told me that eating low carb is pointless if it’s not keto. And when I go online to do research about cutting carbs I see tons of articles about keto lol. I’m not trying to bash it because I think it’s great and has helped so many people and I hope one day it works for me but for now, will eating the way I do still help me lose?
