1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On goal today.
Exercise 5 days a week: Accidental rest day. 10/14 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did some today, should do some more before bed.
Todays gratitude list: I'm grateful for the predictability of my job, being vaccinated, having a reliable transport with air conditioning & ripe peaches.
