Hi loseit community! I was wondering if anyone had any advice on avoiding food in the workplace. Where I work, we love to eat. People bring in all kinds of junk food like donuts and candy, we have reps that come in and bring us lunch…it’s so difficult to have any self control in these situations. I brought a very healthy lunch and dinner today and started off great until I see we had donuts. Then a rep brought in texmex, and another brought pizza. It’s like I can’t not participate, but I don’t want to.
I had such great success during covid with losing weight because everything was taken away. Now, it’s all back and it’s so so hard to keep it off. Help!
