I'm currently at 242lbs (5'10) and I would like to slowly introduce exercise, something like zumba, bellydancing etc. Do you think it's too early for that? Should I lose more weight before starting something like this? I'm leading pretty sedentary life rn because of my two jobs, but that will change soon and I'll have more time to walk and do some light exercising. I'm just not sure of I should start with something more demanding right away or wait until I lose more weight (not to hurt my knees etc. by exercising at this weight).
Does anyone my size or bigger have some positive stories about exercising to share?
