Im 5’7f started at 65kg now almost 60kg and half way to my goal weight of 55kg!! Anyway A couple of months i decided to lose some weight I didn’t want to lost it super fast or anything so I decided to count/weigh food and do fasting for 16:8 (now doing 17:7) each day so we now 2 and a bit months later I officially lost 4kgs almost 5! I know it’s taking ages but I’m not in a huge rush to lose it all but as long as I’m losing a little bit each week I’m happy! But yes I had to share this because I’m just so freaking proud of myself even though it’s not a huge amount of weight loss I’m still happy :D
