Can’t seem to stay on track

I have quite a lot of weight to lose. I have started going to the gym, maybe 4 days in a week even though I initially planned 7 days. These few weeks were supposed to be a habit builder week. Healthy diet, good workouts and drink loads of water.

I eat healthy for maybe 3 days then back to junk, my cravings are increasing like crazy. What to do? After working out, I am hungry and will only want something savory or sweet. I am on the 4th day of my second week, and already had 2 cheat days.

What should I do? It’s like my mind manipulates me so much! I don’t want to keep failing.
