75 pounds down! 25 to go!

46/6'2"/M SW 332 CW 257 GW 232

I started this journey in early March 2022. It took me four and half months to drop these last 25. I'm jealous of some of you youngsters who are peeling off the pounds at a more rapid rate 😅

Anyway, I 'd prefer to hit my GW in April or May. I'm training for a 10k at the end of April so I'm adding some running sessions to my weight lifting days. I made the mistake of running before weights on Monday and I was wiped out during that lifting session.

The plan is to do some maintenance at 230-232 for about 4-6 weeks and then try to lose another 20-25. In my persistent weight cycling over the past 22 years, I've never really done a maintenance phase. I usually have just reached a certain weight and then gradually backslid into old habits.
