Day 3! February. Dang, it really does feel like yesterday was New Years.
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 2003 today, about to go make my pre logged dinner.
Exercise five days a week: Rest day. 2/3 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today. 3/3 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get after it! Y’all keep me inspired everyday.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my partner, curbside pick up for groceries & the weekend ahead.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I would like to use some of the Lush bath products I got over the holidays.
