Hello everyone!
Day 2 of the second month of 2023. Time is flying!
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 1805 today. It entirely possible I will have a small sweet after dinner but that’s what I've got so far.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk & some punching drills. 2/2 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today. 2/2 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get after it! Y’all keep me inspired everyday.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for getting some sunshine.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I’m going to go to bed early & cut screen time down, my eyeballs are tired.
