Day 7! A full week in! I’m late & super exhausted!
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 2001 ish.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minutes of some kind of cardio, TBD. 5/7 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Missed it today & that’s okay. 6/7 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to read some responses & play cheerleader in the comments right meow!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for feeling better about my body lately. It’s the little things.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Went to a beautification appointment today.
