Hello loseit folks!
Day 5! Anyone out there meal prepping? I did breakfast burritos (for lunch haha!) & some chili for my partner. I’m all kitchened out but it’s worth it to know I have tasty & easy stuff hanging out for the week ahead.
Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 2065 ish. I traditionally give myself a maintenance day a week so if I may end up doing a fancy & tiny dessert.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk at a local garden & so much cleaning & cooking. Lots of extra steps today. 4/5 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Have journaled, haven’t played Switch. 5/5 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Did it before I posted this evening.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for all the me time I was able to capture this weekend. I also like that my definition of me time is expanding to include more things. Always a win when you find new ways to charge your batteries.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: White strips!
