Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 1975 today with a quick week night chili for dinner. I need to be a little more mindful of my protein on the day to day. Next week’s meal prep shall be protein rich!
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk & some punching drills. 1/1 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today. 1/1 days.

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for seeing coyote or fox tracks in the snow. Seems like the furry canine had a successful hunt last night.
