30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 1

Hello everyone!

Happy day 1 to everyone. I hope your day one was gentle & victorious. Let’s get to it!

Log before I eat everything: Nailed it today.

1800 – 2000 calories a day: Looking like 1975 today with a quick week night chili for dinner. I need to be a little more mindful of my protein on the day to day. Next week’s meal prep shall be protein rich!

Exercise five days a week: 30 minute walk & some punching drills. 1/1 days.

Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today. 1/1 days.

Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get after it! Y’all keep me inspired everyday.

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for seeing coyote or fox tracks in the snow. Seems like the furry canine had a successful hunt last night.

Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Full skin care routine, gotta refine some pores.
