Hi, im in canada and have access to a gym. Im very new to the gym , had joined gymmvt before covid and was introduced to a 30 min strength training circuit. I do not go to the same gym but would love to set myself with the same circuit. Can someone help me please. I do not remember the names of the machines/exercises, all i remember is that i would do 3 sets and move to the next machine. It would take me 30-40 mins to go through all the machines. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks
