i’m 18m 5’6 150 lbs and i’m looking to drop down to 135 lbs pretty quickly since the way i carry my weight has little muscle and mostly just chub. I’m eating around 1200 calories a day of healthier food, give or take some, and doing 15 minutes of cardio. will i see results with this? I’m open for advice but I don’t want to spend over an hour in the gym since I am pretty busy with school and other things. Thanks
