Hello lose it folks!
Day 8! Sunday funday. Anyone out there meal prepping? I’m making a smoked ham shank & white bean soup loaded with all the veggies.
Log before I eat everything: Got it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Got it under control today. I’m also down on the scale which is a win. Some of that is a post vacation whoosh but it still feels lovely.
Exercise five days a week: I'm feeling a little run down today so I'm taking a rest day. I've got enough chores & have tos to do that I won’t be completely sedentary & that’s still a win. 6/8 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it. Haven't played yet but have journaled. 8/8 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to get it!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for some quiet time to end my vacation. I'm back to the grind tomorrow but I'm feeling ready instead of run down.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I’m going to play some Switch & watch my trashy TV. I also order a fancy loofah & bath bombs with holiday giftcards & rewards points. I love Ulta. <3
